If your puppy arrives with a verified health condition covered under our Health Guarantee or does not meet the terms outlined in your purchase agreement, you may be eligible for a 100% refund, subject to the conditions described below.

Eligibility for a Full Refund
A customer may qualify for a 100% refund if:
- The puppy is determined by a licensed veterinarian to have a qualifying health condition covered under our Health Guarantee.
- The issue is reported within the required notification period.
- Supporting veterinary documentation is provided upon request.
- The terms of the Health Guarantee have been fully followed.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- A change of mind after purchase.
- Personal, family, or financial circumstances.
- Allergies developed after adoption.
- Failure to follow veterinary recommendations or proper puppy care.
- Minor cosmetic characteristics that do not affect the puppy’s health.
- Conditions resulting from accidents, neglect, injury, or improper care after the puppy has been received.
Cancellation Before Delivery
If an order is cancelled before travel arrangements have been finalized, a refund may be available, subject to any applicable administrative or reservation fees communicated at the time of purchase.
If transportation or delivery has already been arranged, additional charges may apply.
