3. We strictly accept payments via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
Once the payment has been verified by our sales team, we will reserve the puppy under the purchaser’s name. The verification must be done within 2 hours.

4. Delivery can take up to 1 to 2 weeks. (The period may be shorter or longer depending on the conditions in each country.)

5. Airport customs fees vary from airport to airport. We do not include this. You have to pay the customs fee yourself.
* We limit our puppies to the countries where they can arrive safely. Because the customs laws are different for each country, please contact us and confirm before you make a purchase.
*You can't get a refund or exchange after receiving the puppy. (If you want a refund, you have to send your dog back to us. You will be refunded except for the puppy's time cost and flight and medical examination expenses.)
