Before messaging us, we strongly encourage you to Carefully select the puppy you are interested in Do personal research about the breed Ensure you are fully prepared for the responsibility, We strictly prioritize serious and well prepared buyers only. General inquiries without proper review may not receive a response.

Each puppy is raised with care and has its own personality and temperament Individual needs and traits. A detailed description provided for transparency, We are always happy to answer specific questions after you have reviewed the puppy’s information.

3. We strictly accept payments via PayPal or Bank Transfer.

We do not accept payments from buyers we have not personally communicated with.

4. Delivery can take up to 1 to 2 weeks. (The period may be shorter or longer depending on the conditions in each country.)

5. Airport customs fees vary from airport to airport. We do not include this. You have to pay the customs fee yourself.

* We limit our puppies to the countries where they can arrive safely. Because the customs laws are different for each country, please contact us and confirm before you make a purchase.

*You can't get a refund or exchange after receiving the puppy. (If you want a refund, you have to send your dog back to us. You will be refunded except for the puppy's time cost and flight and medical examination expenses.)
